This is probably the first Bristol since the 50's that I really like.

Sweet :) It needs bigger headlights. The smaller headlights make the rest of the body look chunky and fat...

I'm not sold on it. They've tried to be retro and modern and haven't really found the correct balance.

The sill looks about 2-4" too high. Makes it look kinda slab sided. I’m sure it’s for crash safety.

I think it does the retro thing in a decent way. Not hideous, fairly unique. But weird too.
Love the cutdown windshield and no hint of a roof.

I kind of like it. Not as good as a Morgan or weissman but it still looks fun. It sort of reminds me of a knockoff video game version of a c1 corvette.
The final verdict depends on the price tag. Not that it matters as they don’t sell them here.

The Bristol Blenheim Speedster was a good looking car, just the right mount of retro to modern.
The price tag will be some ridiculous price of around £200,000-250,000.
The last Bristol Fighter was about the £200,000 price mark and that was 2005.

It’s not too bad. Better than other attempts of Bristol imo.

It’s certainly super funky and unique looking. The retro theme is executed rather well.

Agreed, it’s not too bad tbh.

That and the small windshield in combination with the large wheels makes it look kinda weird from the side.

I like bristols but I don’t feel that this looks like a £200k car.
I was originally thinking closer to 80-120. Yikes!

The Bristol Blenheim Speedster 6 looked better but still had those awful fins on the rear that doesn’t fit in with the overall image.

Ye', Bristols tend to be much more than you'd think they would possibly be.

Whoa there I didn’t know that this exists. Looks much cleaner than the new Fighter. I agree about the fins, they look very weird on there.

Ye', and the rear over hangs are too long but still cleaner than the Bristol Bullet at the top.

It ain’t a Bristol if it ain’t based on a 1930s BMW.

Is that you, Tony Crook?

Dear Mr. FSI, you have been banned from going anywhere near our showroom ever again because I don’t like you. Love, based Tony Crook.

Finally, the return of the tailfinns!
![]() 07/25/2016 at 07:55 |

It ain’t a BMW unless it is literally a 1920's Austin 7.

I feel like you have a point, if BMW had used that one basic chassis for 65 years.

Needs smaller wheels or bigger headlights
![]() 07/25/2016 at 10:02 |

I’m ok with the headlights but the wheels definitely gotta go

The Dixi was the ultimate driving machine and you know it. Anyone driving any BMW other than a Dixi are just posers.

A nippy car indeed.

I would hurt myself on those fins in the garage.
![]() 07/25/2016 at 14:55 |

That’s why Bristol will never ever try to sell cars in the US. Someone would definitely manage to get seriously hurt and that would make Bristol broke for the rest of eternity.

Hurt is better than dead (looking at you TVR)
